Combat flow players are principles that are the foundation of creating power and penetration in any action. They create space and time to get to safety or take control of an attacker.

Combat Flow – Responses
The Combat Flow Responses program takes the principles of creating power and applying them to a range of common attacks. The program consists of 18 different techniques focused on a combination of vital and pressure point strikes that are effective in creating pain and confusion in an attacker so as to get away to safety.

AAA Self Defence Level 1
Advanced Defensive Tactics program which builds on the foundational skills with basic physical self-defence techniques and additional communication and resolution skills. This program is based on the three steps of A – Awareness, A -based, A – Action to keep safe from possible conflict or an attack.

AAA Self Defence Level 2
Advanced Defensive Tactics Program Level 2 consisting of 10 video lessons that builds on the concepts and skills previously learnt by adding additional layers of information and skills on balance, power, responses to a range of common attacks and principles. This continues to add extra tools and methods that you can call on and use when needed in a confrontational situation.

AAA Self Defence Level 3
Level 3 self defence program consists of 12 lessons that look at more layers of information and skills to build on those already learnt. Level 3 brings more release points and strike points to create intense pain in the attacker and give you time to create space and get to safety.

Occupational Violence & Aggression
In this program we focus on how to cope with situations in a health care environment with patients and visitors. It provides a model on how to handle potential situations that could develop into becoming a conflict and being clear in what you say and do in way that de-escalates a potential attack situation.

Conflict Awareness Management
The "Conflict Awareness Program" (CAM) provides a model on how to handle potential situations that could develop into becoming a conflict. The program is based on communication principles which provides improved situational responsiveness.

Safety – Awareness, Pre-Conflict Cues & You
“Self Defence” and staying safe starts with being aware of what is happening around you and what others are doing, saying and behaving.
