Welcome to the Combat Flow Responses program, where we are going to take you through a range of common attacks using a number of principles and pressure or vital points in the body.
The first lesson is a response against a grab, usually on the same side by an attacker. This is using a flow or sequence that flows with the body’s reaction to pain, starting with a strike to the radial nerve of the attacker’s arm to create pain and confusion. In all these lessons the idea is to give you enough time and space to be able to get away safely.
