This primary training series of the Advanced Defensive Tactics programs build on the foundational skills with basic physical self-defence techniques and additional communication and resolution skills. This program is based on the three steps of A – Awareness, A -Avoidance and A – Action to keep safe from possible conflict or an attack. This is Level 2 the second of three levels included in the program and builds on the concepts and skills learnt in Level 1. There are 10 video lessons that provide additional layers of information and skills to build on those already learnt. This continues to add extra tools and methods that you can call on and use when needed in a confrontational situation to remain safe for you and others. All the information can be used individually or in combination and build a set of methods you can use when needed.
